Orders can be canceled if the item(s) have not been shipped yet. To cancel an order, contact us at sales@monitors.com with your order number. If it has been over 24 hours, your order is no longer eligible to be canceled and is being shipped to you.
Eligible renewed products are subject to deducting all shipping charges a 10% restocking fee and a 3.5% credit card processing fee. Returns on new products are subject to a deduction of all shipping charges, a 20% manufacturer-imposed restocking fee, and a 3.5% credit card processing fee.
We do not accept returns on licensed software, calibration sensors, or calibration tools.
