What is the return policy?

Products marked with a "30-Day Return Guarantee" seal are eligible for a return within the first 30 days of placing the order for a refund. Returns on eligible renewed products are subject to a 10% restocking fee and a 3.99% credit card processing fee. Returns on new products are subject to a 20% manufacturer-imposed restocking fee and a 3.99% credit card processing fee.

We do not accept returns on licensed software, calibration sensors, or calibration tools.
