What’s covered under warranty for film digitizers?

The actual scanner, workstation, and any other accessories shipped with the scanner are covered under warranty. For both new and renewed film digitizers, we offer a full one-year warranty on parts and labor. If there is a product failure, or the smallest imperfection or an artifact on scanned images, regardless of how many scans have been performed, we will service and repair the scanner.
